I am a big believer in learning, practicing and helping yourself. In my practice, I find that many folks are dealing with similar troubles, issues and ideas. From time to time I try and develop tools that will support a given skill set. Additionally, there are other professionals in divergent fields that have similar impulses. Here, I share some of the things I have developed and some synopsis from the work of others. I encourage an interested browser to go to original sources whenever possible. You will find those sources referenced.
